Inspired by Tina Faiz and Leanne Brown’s book Edmonton Cooks, Anthology is very excited to announce its first culinary event! Join us for an evening at one of Edmonton’s favourite new brunch (and now dinner!) restaurants, Café Linnea.
From 6:30-8:30pm you'll rotate through 3 workshops of baking, crafting, eating & drinking! You will get to experience:
Hands-on session baking Duchess' famous Lime Tart with chef Kelsey Johnson (you'll taste your creation once it's baked and take home the recipe from the book)
French wine tasting & lesson with Linnea's Garner Beggs—and a fun free pour contest!
Make a take-home terrarium with designer Cory Christopher
Tasty bites from Cafe Linnea's new dinner menu, sourced locally & from chef's own garden
